a platform to home owners looking to exchange their current
homes or land against anything they wish!
This is by no means a new idea, as people have been doing it
for ages, in small local newspaper adds, in message boards in
the supermarket and so on; Exchange Trade is as old as time,
so why not apply it to your Turkish property?!
Sun Escape's PropSwap
leaves it up to the owner to set the terms, and to conclude
the transaction between himself and the buyer. We merely provide
you space to advertise.

So how we go about this swapping business?
Well, it is very important to know that Sun Escape will not
mediate in any negotiations, or follow up any paperwork to make
the transaction between buyer and seller. This is all up to
you, so with that you will not have to pay any agency fees or
commissions or what not.
We willl upload the pictures and description you've sent us,
together with the criteria you would like to swap for.
Any requests we'll receive for your advert, we immediately forward
to the e-mail address you supplied, so you can get in touch
with the interested party.
If you have made the deal, and you have exchanged your property,
of course please let us know so we can take your property offline.
Are there any costs involved in advertising?
Yes, an advert costs TL 60 + tax (roughly GBP 25 / EUR 28) for
a period of minimal 3 months, however untill May
1 2009* you can
advertise your property for exchange for
free.
How do I pay for my advert?
Sun Escape takes debit/credit card payments (over the phone
or in the office), or you can make a banktransfer.
How long will it take for my property to appear on your
website?
It will take approx. 2 work days before your home will appear
in the search results.
I'm not interested in advertising, how do i find all
the PropSwap homes on your website?
Go to the search box on the right side of our website and leave
all fields blank, simply choose 'swap' from the "FOR"
drop down box. Click
here to view all the available properties for PropSwap
If you have a maximum budget of cash you want to use for the
swap, fill out the "to" field for price, and than
select 'swap' in the "FOR" field.
I have found a party to swap with, but have no idea
what to do next. Can you help me with the transaction proceedings?
Yes, if you wish Sun Escape to follow all proceedings for both
you and the other party regarding the swap, we can do this for
you.
