A service pack especially for the first year of those who have just purchased their property. It takes care of all those little things you might not think about at the time
of purchase but that will make your life a lot easier once they
are properly taken care of. We encourage our customers
Price of Start-up Pack is £ 250 / € 380 per year and it includes the following:
gas bottle & connection
Gas used for cooking comes from refill bottles. We will purchase and install your first cannister.
water bottle & dispenser
The water from the tap is not recommend for drinking. We will place your first 20 liter water bottle
start-up clean
Most builders do not clean your property after construction. We will have it cleaned so you can easily move your new furniture in
1st stay clean
Your first day in your brand new house should not be about cleaning. We will clean your home so you can fully relax
welcome pack
Upon your first arrival to your new home, we will place some items in your fridge and cupboards to hold you over
content insurance
This includes additional earth quake insurance and standard content insurance of your home
bill payments
We will take care of collecting and paying your bills, so you don't arrive to your new home to find the water has been cut off
key holding
We will hold 1 copy of your keys, in case you lose yours or you want us to check if things are still ok whilst you are not hereF

The Advanced Pack is for people who either finished their first year pack and would like additional services or those that already have a property and come out regularly.
Price of the Advanced Pack is £ 400 / € 600 per year and it includes the following:
bill payments
We will take care of collecting and paying any of your bills, so you don't arrive to your new home to find the water has been cut off. A credit of £ 50 / € 100 needs to be paid in advance
winter property checks
During the winter months (November through April), we will check you property to see if there are no damages from rain and/or wind. We will send you a report and let you know if any repairs need to be done
key holding
We will hold 1 copy of your keys, in case you lose yours or you want us to check if things are still ok whilst you are not here
welcome pack
Upon every arrival to your home, we will place some items in your fridge and cupboards to hold you over
welcome clean
2 times a year when you come out we will clean through your property, put the window open so air can go through and clean the dust of your balcony/terrace. So you can fully relax upon arrival instead of spending your first day cleaning yourself
airport transfer
One time return airport transfer (from any Turkish airport to your home) for 2 people. If you want to come out more often we will only charge you £ 7 / € 10 per person one way.

A pack put together for those who are interested in renting out their property and want no hassle what so ever maintaining it.
Price of the Rental Pack is £ 500 / € 760 per year and it includes the following:
bill payments
We will take care of collecting and paying any of your bills, so you nobody arrives at your property to find the water has been cut off. A credit of £ 50 / € 100 needs to be paid in advance
all year property checks
Throughout the year , we will check you property to see if there are no damages from rain and/or wind, or renters. We will send you a report and let you know if any repairs need to be done or items need to be replaced
key holding
We will hold 1 copy of your keys, to hand over to those that are renting your home. We will collect the keys at the end of their stay and check your house for damages
welcome pack
Upon every arrival of renters to your home, we will place some items in the fridge and cupboards to hold them over
house keeping
Upon every arrival of your renters, the property will be clean and linens will be changed
airport transfer
3 return airport transfers (from any Turkish airport to your home) for 2 people.
Property Promotion We will promote your property amongst our other customers who are often looking for a property to rent, and set it out with various website and channels, to optimize your chances of rental

Monthly utility bills and other bills
of your chosing will be paid on your behalf . Payment
will be done from your prepaid credits.

| Property Inspection & Security Checks |
Regular visits to your property to check doors, windows & shutters and alarms. Make sure outbuildings, sheds
etc. are all secure and damage free. Emptying your mailbox
and forwarding mail, checking gutters and down pipes.
Interior checks for leaking, damp etc.
These checks can be done as frequent as you want.

| Winter Care (monthly) |
During the winter season a multitude of things could
happen. The winter check service will ensure your property
is checked both inside and out. Should running repairs
be required, they will be completed on your behalf (Full
written authorisation is required before an repair work
is undertaken).

| Pool Maintenance |
You reside on a small complex or have your own pool,
and have nobody to take care of it properly? Professional
and qualified staff will take care of your pool and
it's installation. Also this service can include the
starting up and closing the pool down before and after
the season.

| Furniture |
Help with furniture shopping. A broad network of furniture
retailers are at your disposal. The hassel of shopping
can be taken away if you for instance let us haggle
on the pricing. If you cannot be bothered with shopping
there are ready made furniture packs available. Furthermore,
the furniture can be delivered to your house at any
date of your chosing. (If any of the stores you want
to visit are outside the Altinkum/Didim area you will
only be charged for petrol costs)

| House Keeping |
2,3,4 Bedroom Apartments, villas and triplexes Complete
daily cleaning of your property and washing your linnens,
by qualified house keeping staff. (If there is no washing
machine present at the property there will be extra
charges for laundry)

| Construction & Completion cleaning |
When purchasing property off-plan it is 'nomal' practise
that builders do not clean the property for delivery.
A professional cleaning team will clean your complete
property twice. Once after delivery so it's ready for
you to move your furniture in. And once after everything
is in place so you can immediately enjoy your new home.
We also leave a short list behind on how to operate
any equipment in your apartment (e.g. washing machine,
airconditioners/heaters, remote controles etc.)

| Airport Transfer |
A personalised service of collecting you from the
airport and transporting you to your Turkish home. Transfers
are done from the following airports:
Izmir
International Airport
Bodrum Airport
Dalaman Airport
Please notify at least one week in advance of your arrival
with your flight details.

| Airline Reservations |
Should you decide to spend time in your property during
the off season chances are you cannot get a chartered
flight into Bodrum or other airport. We can book any
connecting flight from Istanbul Ataturk Airport from
Turkey. This will be cheaper for you than when done
from your country of residence.

| Property Letting |
Letting your property is one of the best ways to make
financial gain on your investment. The longer you rent
out your property the greater the potential income.
This service will help you rent out your property and
exposing it in the right way. In addition to this service,
your property will be cleaned and linnen washed after
the period guests have used your property.

| Insurance |
Together with one of our English speaking staff, we
will work out the best insurance for your property.
This way nothing will get lost in translation and you
will be fully informed on what is going on.

| Residency Visa |
If you decide to reside in Turkey more permanently,
this service will help you organize your visa. One of
the staff will go with you all the way and will be able
to answer any questions you have and cut through some
of the red tape.
