Furniture & Design
Sun Escape can arrange full furniture packages for
your property. As opposed to most furniture packages
available, we deliver your property will all items needed
from curtains to door mat and from television to tea
spoons. All so that upon your first stay at your new
home all you have to do is put down your suitcase, and
than turn on the kettle!
Our furniture packages come in three types, varying
in quality and energy friendlyness. Included in the
price of your furniture package is the interior design
of your home.
If you would like to order one of our packages, we'd
first have a look at your property to see if the standard
large items that are listed, will actually fit in your
home. If not we'll have the standard large items replaced
with custom fitted ones at no extra cost.
Besides our standard packages, we also do full interior

Renovation & Refurbishing
Sun Escape can also renovate or refurbish your home.
Do you have a property that is in need of interior or
exterior maintenance? We will assess what needs to be
done and provide you with a market conform quote.
As Sun Escape is a property developer, we have a team
of skilled professionals at hand to cater to any need
your home has. This can be anything from changing taps,
to repainting the outside, landscaping your garden,
repairing roofs, or full on renovations of shell structures.
The biggest advantage for you to have Sun Escape handle
your repairs/renovations, is that at no point you have
to get out your dictionary and try and explain to your
'handy man' what it is you exactly want.
We also give a guarantee on our work, so if after delivery
things are not correct, we will not leave you to sort
things out on your own.
