hi everyone
just busy purchasing on cornellia 2(ex showhouse) can't wait to get over and away from all this rain!!!! My husband is 40 in October so hoping to be the proud owners by then.
Just looking for reasurrance, as it all seems, to easy compared to buying in the uk. any tips and advice would be appreciated, about poa, agreements, etc.

Hi Paul Margie and Sam Yes it’s that easy ... But that means your neighbours are Mr & Mrs Toulson, it’s not too late to change your mind and pick another duplex...

Hi Paul and Margie, We are in B3 and it is a great complex. We were out in August and had the place to ourselves. So yet to meet the neighbours! We met Jonnie & Mandy last October, but school holidays seem to get in the way of meeting up!! We are back out at the end of May. Any problems or if you need anything ask Baris. He's the MAN!!
