do i understand there is no need to vote on the internet connection if people can individually set it up by applying for residency permit!
may be that is the better option depending on the cost to have it across the complex
if it is going to be available in mayfair 1 do you know how much extra their maintainence will be?

It will be available in mayfair 1 for a fee. So whoever wants to use it can sign up for it. I will try to sort out the same thing for mayfair 2 as well.
