Hello all

Just got back on Sunday after 2 weeks at our Apartment on Mayfair 1 and the complex looks amazing, Well done Bulent, So & Baris, Thanks for all your help with everything. Got almost all of our snagging sorted out thanks to Bulent, I would hate to see his phone bill !!!

Can't wait to come back over in September.
We met some of our new neighbours while we were there, Hello to you all! :wink:

Feeling really depressed now that I am back at work  :cry:

Hi Shaz,

Bar area and reception was not finished when we were over but they were working on it, at the rate they work it will probably be finished now or just about. The complex looks absolutely fab we were so happy with our Apartment..We had the usual snagging but Bulent sorted it all out for us, We had fun shopping and found the million shop a godsend you can get everything you need there and they deliver free to the door, what else can you ask for?

Baris took us to the tax office to get our tax number and then to the bank so we could open a bank account....It was really painless!
We are back there on 19th Sep I can't wait.
Hopefully we will meet up with you some time next year we have already booked our flights for 5th July next year!

Hi everyone, Bulent, So and Baris are just fantastic and work really hard to keep everyone happy which they do very well.

The complex looks great and everyone is really friendly.

If you have yet to visit you have nothing to worry about. Yes of course you will find a few snags as with any new-build but the guys above will fix quickly and without any fuss.

Bulent is moving into the Mayfair complex and the last thing he needs is people knocking on his door every minute so works really hard to help.

You have bought very well, don't listen to the horror stories - we have all heard them before, you have nothing to fear so calm down until you get there.

We are going back at the end of August having just returned this morning(29 July), not to sort out problems but to simply enjoy our excellent and 1st Class apartment and its facilities.

The Million shop is on the opposite side of Sun Escape office just a little way down, If you get the Dolmus tell them you want to be at the million shop they will tell you when to get off.

What date in Sept are you going to be there? We go out on 19th.

I think Kenny and I met you in June albeit just to say hello.

We are both over from the 21st Sept, we are meeting up with Deb and her sisters, guranteed to be lots of fun.   We will not be staying at Mayfair for the whole of our holiday as will be in Yesileknt.  But look forward to staying over  a couple of nights.

Million shop is great fun to go in as you think you have everything and then you find something you have forgottoen.  I still like to visit there when I go over.

Deb and I work together as you might have realised and enjoy living the dream whe we are back in Sunderland.

Hello everyone at Mayfair 1

We went out for an inspection visit at the beginning of July, initially with a view to buying at Aegean Heights. This project has not been started yet so we asked to see a development that was. We were shown Mayfair 1 and we just fell in love with it, luckily there was still one 3 bed apartment available to we bought it!

The next day we had signed contracts, arranged power of attorney, tax numbers etc and even ordered the furniture. The process was so easy.  

We are heading out again on 5th Aug to get the rest of the equipment etc. I believe there is a store in Altinkum that stocks everything you need and delivery it to you apartment. Anyone already done this?

Anyone else due to be there next week?

Hi There!

We came back from Mayfair 1 (B7) on Monday and did everything you just talked about!  We were there for a week so we took the opportunity to go shopping and buy all the furniture we needed.  

To be honest Baris (Site Manager) took us to the best shops and did the translation.  His wife owns a great bedding shop which he took us to, and we got all the rest such as patio furniture, kettle, ironing board etc from 2 other shops very close to each other.  They delivered the bulky items for us the same day!

We are back there on the 25th August for a week so wont meet you this time but good luck and hope to meet you in the future!

Thanks for letting me know the shopping should be easy enough. We were only out in July for a few days so we didn't get much of a chance to see what other shops were on offer.

I think your apartment must be just along from ours?

We are Alison, Bill, Scott aged 16 and Sarah aged 14. We live in Aberdeen and absolutely love Turkey.

We have also booked to go back to our Apartment next July for 3 weeks!

Regarding Baris' wife's bedding shop, where abouts is it located, so I can visit it and pick up some bedding when I am over there.  I didnt know about it last time I was there.
