Bulent, a while ago you mentioned there was a law regarding complexes rules/regulations.
I would be interested if you could give me more information about getting money from people who won't pay their maintenace fee.
The web site you gave is in Turkish, any help would be appreciated.

Hello Maureen,

Basicaly by law, resindent gets warnings if the maintenance is not paid on time and if s/he continues not to pay, then the payment is taken through court order. If there is no money in his/her bank to take, then the money is received by auctioning goods where ever it is found.
