Hello everybody,

Now I am finished with Cornellia Village 1 and 2, and Mayfair in progress, it is time for me to move on to the next project.

I am planning an at least 100 units of construction. So the plot will be large. This is an opportunity for you to enter the property investment at the very beginning.

Idea is simple. I will take your land in return of finished units.
Here with an example ;

Lets say land costs 1 million pound , 100 units can fit in and ratio of land to unit is 25%. That means if you buy the land and have the builder built on it, you will get 25 units of the total.
So if you invest 100,000 pounds in the land, in return you will get 2.5 units back. The numbers here are fictious to help you to understand how it goes.

If you are interested investing in my next project, please let me know. I am planning on buying a land very soon.
