Doesn't realy belong in this particular forum, but i'm gonna post it anyway.

Ever been to the Mavi Sehir evening market?
If not, please go some time!!

You'll find this is a market less aimed at short staying tourist and more on locals living here. You can buy clothing, shoes, fruit, toys, bags...you name it!
This market is perfect for cheap shoe wear, kitchen & household utensils and ofcourse fruit and vegetables.

The Mavi Sehir market is open every day until 23.00, and walking over it you'll find that the sales people are not pulling your arm or screaming at you for your attention.

The market can be reached under 15 minutes from Altinkm, with any dolmus/mini bus that says: MAVI SEHIR. So did you miss the weekly saturday market at the center.....you can always go to the evening market in Mavi Sehir!

Why this enthousiastic post on the market?.....well I went yesterday night and came back with countless bags full of new stuff and I only spent approx. 40 YTL  Cheesy  Cheesy

P.S.: If the men are dragged along to 'do the market' against their will....they can be parked in the tea garden at the center of the market for a refreshing beer
