Now what is so nifty about this? Your deposit of GBP 2.000 is refundable for 2 weeks (
**minus 10% handling costs), meaning that if you change your mind within 14 days, we will return that deposit to you, and annul the sales agreement. Besides that you will
not start paying your first payment until April 2007.
