iv heard that if you die your property goes to the goverment, this applys in certain countrys, does it apply in turkey?

Goverment can not take your property back unless if there is no relative left or a written will.

You dont need a will here actually. All you need is to get the proper documents in your country from court showing who is inheriting and have it approved here Smiley
