Hello Everybody,

I made this post earlier but I guess it got lost during the transition.

So if you were to design your own Cornellia 3. How would yo do it?
Would you put the kitchen top floor or the first floor.
If kitchen and living room is upstairs, would you want a restroom in that floor as well, where there are already 2 bathrooms downstair.

Would you prefer an ensuite bathroom or make the common bathroom bigger?

Would you rather have a hallway or take it out completely to gain space in the living room and other rooms?

And many other possibilities, about gardening, pool, rooms, colors, exterior view etc.  Of course , the more we put it , higher the price we would charge from the buyer and we can not make the final price 100,000 pounds for 2 bed flat.

Please let me know what you think. What you will say here will shape my new project Smiley

Regards,
Bulent

hi bulent,
just a couple of ideas, I'd make sure there was a good sized area around the pool, this is deffinately something a lot of other complexes can't offer. Also USE that more in your marketing, we don't think you credit it enough.
The colours of cornellia are good, nice and clean looking, neutral etc.
Don't make the complex too large.
Consider building in a cooker and reflecting that in the price.
Apart from that, if I'd designed our appartment ourselves I don't think it would be any different than it is. Cheesy

I agree with the Berrys about the space around the pool. People look for that.
How about providing a built in safety security box in each apartment as a standard feature.
Could you provide an Internet hotspot to allow wireless Internet access for residents??

Well, I have included white goods in the package including fridge, built in hob, washing machine or dish washer and they have the option to remove the pack and get a discount of 500 pounds.
I also included 1 aircon and safety deposit box in it.

It will have around 200 sq.m swimming pool and pretty large enough sun bathing area. Internet hot spot area would be excellent, i will dig in to that.

New location is around apollon temple area.
Well here is the layout of the new place.

Any ideas are welcome.

Home safe and sound to a wet and blustery Isle of Wight!! Sad .  Great meeting some of the folks from the forum - now to the subject.  Having just experienced nine in the duplex - how about a separate toilet as well as the two bathrooms - would have been handy
