Roads

Im back from holliday and ready to go at it again :wink:
thanks to all of you for your warm christmas and new years wishes, much appreciated!

Back to news; Didim Belediye is working its butt off to make the town more presentable.
As all of you know due to heavy construction a lot of the roads are either non existant or in very bad shape because of the heavy cement trucks.

I found it a pleasure to see upon my return to Didim that the main road is looking gorgeous at the moment (not finished, but getting there). There are now nicely paved side walks where cars are no longer allowed. The center of town also has got some new paving.

Also I think the counsil got a good deal on traffic signs...because there are a lot of them now (ofcourse non of the turks are really minding these signs :wink: )

All and all, it is becomming a real town!
