Whilst in Altinkum we noticed they have put in power line poles in for the new Marina road, its about 30 yds from the complex walls (D & B block side) and goes through the olive trees past the football pitch and towards 3rd beach. Should bring restaurants, shops etc to the area. Also noticed some of the empty units at the bottom of some of the less sofisticated apartment blocks close by Cornellia are being aquired one is going to be a furniture shop and another a restaurant.
