As it is normal not to see good things about agents but bad ones, maybe it would help us if you post your experiences about us on this website. Word of mouth is always the best marketing tool.

Hello Bulent,
My luddite side has come out in me again.  I have registered with 'rate your emlak' in order to give Sunescape a rating but no matter what I do, I cannot locate where I can type in my rating and comments.  I just keep ending up reading what other clients have said about you even though I have clicked on 'add your review'

It is always easy to hear about bad things of any body, but good things doesnt get spread most of the times.

We would just like to say a big thank you for making our purchase of the apartment on the Mayfair 2 complex run smoothly.
After reading lots of nightmare stories on the internet with regards to purchasing in Turkey, we find that dealing with yourself was an absolute pleasure, (and a lot easier than when purchasing in the uk).

We received our Tapu without any hiccups (within 6 months, but could have received it quicker if we could have got out to Turkey) and we would have no hesitation in recommending yourself to any prospective buyers.  We look forward to many happy holidays on the complex.
