 Undecided do we panic about the need to have our tapu marked in the (kat mulkiyeti) as read about in voices newspaper it sounds like we may all be fined if we dont ? does anyone understand the problem?

There is no need to panic and you wont be fined.
This process will be finished within a month or 2 in Mayfair Apartments.

You can make your mind at ease like this : You have only 1 apartment to pay the fine if it is late, whereas I have 20 apartments to pay the fine and this process must be done collectively. Smiley
