yes you are right, Yannis (co owner of new bar and ignite) said last year that they were hoping to open another bar/restaurant closer to Cornellia 1 + 2.
probably fed up with driving us home .  Cheesy LOL.  IDEAL!!!  perhaps now Paul wont get lost.

Hi,

It could become a good local.  Ours is currently Cafe Le Plaza.  You can have a good natter and the staff are pleasant.  We will be over in June and will give it a try.

I hope the Ignite bar near Cornellia 1 goes out of business as fast as possible. If it is anything like the other Ignite bar, We can expect a lot of  "boom...boom" music at all hours of the night. I certainly will not be supporting it.  Angry
The reason I bought in Cornellia was for the peace and quiet. If I wanted bars that close, I would have bought in the beachfront at Altinkum. I feel sorry for the people in B and D block of Cornellia 1 for the racket they will have to endure.  Sad

Saw some tables with table clothes in there yesterday, right next to the property section of the bar, haven't seen it open for business yet though.
