to relax, enjoy your holidays and leave your worries behind.
Having a property in a complex comes with
many advantages. As you enter your complex you notice gardens
are tidy, pool is clean and bright blue, lights are working,
and security guard is on duty. You don’t have to worry
about if lights are not working, sewer pipe is broken, or
if maintenance fees are being paid. There is a manager who
handles all the jobs and reports you regularly what is happening
in the complex where you have invested your hard earned money.
Here we would like to offer our Complex Management
Service to your complex. We provide our service different
than most of the other management existing on complexes. We
consider the money collected from residents belongs to residents
and we are just collecting and making expenditures on behalf
of them. Below are the explanation of how most of others manage
and how we manage complexes
How it is done generally: Whatever money collected
by the management, it is considered as an income to manager.
Profit is unknown till the end of the next season so keeping
the expenditures of the complex to minimum will increase the
profit hence results in keeping maintenance to minimum. Also
there is no legal way to collect unpaid maintenance unless
every resident signs an agreement.
What we do : We first start with contacting
all residents and notify them the date of a meeting to establish
the residents committee . Our company solicitor arranges all
the paper work and books and will be present at the meeting
and direct the meeting. At the meeting, depending on resident’s
request, we will create a management project. This will state
how much money will be spent on where. Money collected will
be collected at the bank account that will be opened up for
the complex. All the expenses will have invoices which you
can check for validity whenever you want. Every quarter every
resident will receive accounts detail where money is spent.
Since the money collected is resident’s money, each
penny will be spent for the complex without worry of keeping
expenditure to minimum. This doesn’t mean that we would
buy the expensive items, or make unnecessary expenses. How
we earn money is that we receive a monthly salary as a manager
so we don’t have a problem keeping expenditures to minimum
to make more profit. We can utilize the money more efficiently
for the complex this way. Whatever money is left at the end
of the season will be transferred to next season.

last 5 years. This has proven to be a very successful way

units each.
